Temporary Food Businesses
Temporary premises include structures set up for occasional events such as fetes, fairs or sausage sizzles. It is important that food safety standards are practiced by food handlers at temporary food businesses.
All operators of temporary food premises must notify the Town of Gawler to apply for a Temporary Event Application. All temporary event stalls/organisations are required to have a food business notification number and this will be requested prior to any approvals being issued.
